Prices

Unfortunately, there is no price list for tattoos. The price of a tattoo is made up of effort, time, size, motif and design. More precise price details can be given as soon as the motif and design have been finalized according to your and our ideas. So in the tattoo appointment. Where everything is finalized and it is 100% clear what will be done. Only then can we really know WHAT will be done. Even such small changes in the motif can mean hours of work for us. So the price also varies. We do not give any price details in advance or on the phone or via email - we are neither secretive nor do we want to hide anything. Quite the opposite. We want to communicate everything - and we take responsibility for our statements. Even with smaller motifs, a personal consultation helps more than estimates on the phone or via email. We are fair and have Munich prices. We are neither more expensive nor cheaper than other studios in Munich. We therefore ask for your understanding and patience - you will find out everything in good time. When you make an appointment, we politely ask you for a deposit (depending on the size of the tattoo) The amount paid will be credited to the tattoo.

How much does a tattoo cost?

How much does a tattoo cost is a really pointless but very frequently asked question - often accompanied by "about this big". You could also ask: How much does a car cost? In red? Of course, the price of a tattoo also depends on the size, but that is only one of many factors. Even tattoos of the same size can vary in complexity and require different amounts of time. The speed at which the tattoo artist or studio works also plays a role. A portrait tattoo can take 3-4 hours, but another tattoo artist in the same studio can take 7-10 hours. "Tattoo price divided by length of session equals hourly rate" no longer applies. In addition to the tattooing time, customers have to be advised, designs and sketches have to be made and planned - the workplace has to be prepared and cleaned, which also takes up a lot of time. Then there are material costs, store rent, costs, advertising costs, colors, material, care products, hygiene products, taxes, etc. Prices also vary from region to region. In some cities, for example, you have to pay more for a tattoo due to the price level. And finally, there are also artists who can charge higher prices due to their fame (which, however, often goes hand in hand with great artistic skill). Whether you pay for the quality or the name of the artist is a matter of opinion. High-quality art does not come for free. Quality has its price.
