Now all gyms in the Free State are allowed to reopen for personal training. The Administrative Court in Bavaria has overturned the complete closure of gyms. An operation ban – and as we have already mentioned: violations of the principle of equal treatment – is therefore clear discrimination,, say thejudges. The Bavarian Corona Ordinance has therefore already been suspended for gyms. So far so good– and we really hope that tattoo studios will follow suit, many of the lawsuits are now gaining ground for our industry. After all, operators of tattoo studios are also disadvantaged without objective justification. Point.
